App Membership & Privacy
Since May 25th, 2018, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has been instrumental in safeguarding user data. Similarly, on January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) came into effect, followed by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) on January 1, 2023. These laws have been instrumental in maintaining user privacy and rights. Our app, built on Firebase, is designed to comply with these regulations, offering you the confidence that your data is handled responsibly.
Firebase Data Handling
In using our app, your data remains under your control. You serve as the “data controller” for your personal information related to your account and you can delete it at any time. Google, acting as a “data processor” or “service provider,” processes this data on your behalf.

Firebase services align with major security and privacy standards. ISO 27001, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 evaluations have been successfully completed by all services (except App Indexing).
